Who is Cree?

Cree is an AI front desk that answers calls and texts for Creed Collective Cuts. Cree books, confirms and reschedules appointments and answers common questions using the shop’s own information and rules.

Human backup

You can ask for the barber at any time. Anything Cree shouldn’t decide is passed to the shop with a summary.

Recordings

Calls may be recorded or transcribed to complete your request and improve service, where permitted by law. You’ll be told at the start of a call if recording is active.
