Can I book after hours?
Yes. Cree answers calls and texts at any hour, so you can book at 11 PM and have a confirmed appointment before you put the phone down.
How do I reschedule or cancel?
Reply to your confirmation or reminder text, or call. Cree will show you the next openings and move you in one step. Please give as much notice as you can so the chair can go to someone else.
Do you take walk-ins?
Appointments come first. Text Cree before you head over and you’ll get the real availability for that moment instead of a guess.
What if I’m running late?
